Why quotes don't match
You're comparing three numbers, not three jobs.
Most lower quotes say exterior, two coats, and a number. The difference is usually prep: washing, scraping, filling the stucco cracks, caulking, masking.
You can't see any of it the day the crew leaves. You see it two summers later, when the paint on the sun side is still holding, or it isn't.
